and Media Studies Course Ref. KEMED
|
-
Learning
how to prepare a radio programme can be very challenging
in the Media Studies' course at the London Language and
Drama School.
- Writing Skills

- Our English (EFL)
and Media Studies' course aims to help develop
students' writing skills for the Media
(newspaper and magazine articles, Radio and TV scripts...),
to give them a broad-based understanding of contemporary
Media production and culture.
Media students and their
tutor, Glen
McCready,
discussing and editing the articles written for THE STAR TEK
TIMES, The London Language and Drama School's quarterly newsletter
- A Media student preparing
a radio interview in the school's recording studio.
Presentation Skills
Thanks to our Acting

practice in speaking, listening, interview
and presentation skills. This is achieved
through the use of a course textbook and selected articles

selected writing assignments, and the regular
use of our own in-house recording studio
and video-recording facilities.
The Media Department
also provides facilities for the following options and / or
